Where is my data?

On your iPhone, and in your own iCloud if it's turned on for the app. Nothing is sent to the developer. See the privacy policy.

Moving to a new phone

With iCloud on for Budget, your entries, categories and budgets appear on the new phone once you sign in to the same Apple Account.

Getting a hidden category back

Categories you didn't pick when setting up are hidden, not deleted. Open Settings → Categories and tap one under Hidden to show it again.

Deleting your account

If you signed in with Apple, open Settings and choose Delete account. This erases everything the app has stored and signs you out. You can also stop using Sign in with Apple for Budget in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple.
